Eligible Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement will only be considered if the product received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a refund or replacement request, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must:
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly display any damage, defect, or issue with the product.
Please share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery along with your order details.
Important Note
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
